Vendor Information

Set Up: Sunday, June 21, 2024, 9am–12pm

Host a 10x10 Promotional Booth!

Bring your own tent, table, chairs, and supplies.

Please apply according to your designation. Note that application completion and payment do not guarantee entry into the event. You will receive a confirmation via email if your application is approved. Should your organization not be accepted your payment will be refunded in full.

Vendor Expectations

Provide their own display equipment and tent which must have weights for their 10x10 space. *electricity is not available
Stay within their designated area
Be present at their displays for the entire event 1pm to 5pm with no early breakdowns.
Remove set-up vehicles by 12:00pm and cleaning up their booth area afterwards by 6pm.
Follow all state and local safety protocol mandates at the time of the event.

Failure to follow the agreed-upon terms may terminate future participation in Downtown Berkley events. Your application does not guarantee entry into the event. You will receive a email of approval confirming your booth space.

Food Truck & Service Info

Set Up: Sunday, June 21, 2024, 9am–12pm

Food truck shall be fully permitted and licensed to prepare, serve, and sell food in the State of Michigan, County of Oakland, under all applicable laws, statutes, and ordinances. Vendor shall comply with all health and fire codes, permits, and restrictions.

Food Assortment: We will keep a balanced variety of food & beverage choices and will not saturate offerings from similar vendors.

Food Service Expectations

Exhibitors Are Responsible For:

Providing their own display equipment and tent for their space. *electricity & water is not available
Being present at their displays for the entire show 12-4pm with no early breakdowns.
Removing set-up vehicles by 11:00 am and cleaning up their booth area afterwards.
All food vendors must have a 2A:10-B-C fire extinguisher. If food vendor uses a deep fat fryer then must have a "K" rated extinguisher.-
Cleaning up their booth area at end of the event and being off the street within one hour after the closing of the event (6 pm).
The Berkley Fire Department will perform a safety inspection promptly at 11:30am. Your food truck must be ready for inspection at the stated time. An inspection checklist will be provided prior to the event for your review.
