Food Assortment: We will keep a balanced variety of food & beverage choices and will not saturate offerings from similar vendors.

Exhibitors Are Responsible For:

• Providing their own display equipment and tent for their space. *electricity & water is not available

• Being present at their displays for the entire show 12-4pm with no early breakdowns.

• Removing set-up vehicles by 11:00 am and cleaning up their booth area afterwards.

• All food vendors must have a 2A:10-B-C fire extinguisher. If food vendor uses a deep fat fryer then must have a "K" rated extinguisher.-

• Cleaning up their booth area at end of the event and being off the street within one hour after the closing of the event (6 pm).

• The Berkley Fire Department will perform a safety inspection promptly at 11:30am. Your food truck must be ready for inspection at the stated time. An inspection checklist will be provided prior to the event for your review.

City Requirements

• Food truck shall be fully permitted and licensed to prepare, serve, and sell food in the State of Michigan, County of Oakland, under all applicable laws, statutes, and ordinances. Vendor shall comply with all health and fire codes, permits, and restrictions.

Failure to follow the agreed-upon terms may terminate future participation in Downtown Berkley events. Your application does not guarantee entry into the event. You will receive a email of approval confirming your booth space.
