Businesses that reside in the Downtown Berkley Footprint may host a booth space at no charge.

Set Up: Sunday, June 23, 2024, 10am–12:30pm

Crowd Size: Approximately 4,000

All promotional booth vendors agree to:

• Provide their own display equipment and tent which must have weights for their 10x10 space. *electricity is not available

• Stay within their designated area

• Be present at their displays for the entire event 1pm to 5pm with no early breakdowns.

• Remove set-up vehicles by 12:00pm and cleaning up their booth area afterwards by 6pm.

• Follow all state and local safety protocol mandates at the time of the event.

Terms & Conditions

Your payment and application do not guarantee entry into the event. You will receive a confirmation via email if your application is approved within one week. Should your vendor application not be accepted your payment will be refunded in full.

Failure to follow the agreed-upon terms may terminate future participation in Downtown Berkley events.
